Yields 1 cup – 2 tbs per serving
- 1 avocado
- 1 garlic clove
- ¼ c cilantro
- ¼ c greek yogurt
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 3 tbs olive oil
- Dash of water for consistency.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or a ninja.
- Add 1/3 to ½ c of water if the consistency is too thick.
