The Work It Circuit
Warm up:
* 5 min light jog
Workout:
* Box jumps
* Jumprope
* Plate plank
* Hang on pull-up bar
* Jump squats
* Mountain climbers
* Push up jacks
* Standing oblique weighted side crunch
* 5 pull-ups
* Alternating lunges
Perform each exercise for one minute each with a 30 second rest in between each exercise.
Repeat circuit 3x!
Be SURE to stretch after!
