Circuit Training
1. Run on treadmill
2. Box jumps
3. Bicycles
4. TRX rows
5. Wall sit
6. Up-down plank
7. Pull-ups/dead hang
8. Banana boat abs
9. Jumping jack pushups
10. Jump rope
Do each circuit for 1 min with 30-45 sec rest in between.
Repeat circuit 2-3 times, depending on fitness level
