Warm up (3x):
1 Min jog in place
100 Jumping jacks
50 High knees
20 Jump squats
Workout (3-5x with 1 minute rest in between each set)
50 Jump squats
10 Pushups
3-5 Pull-ups
20 Burpees
25 Alternating lunges PER leg
