10 Donkey kicks each leg (feel free to add a dumbbell to the back of your leg!)
10 Fire hydrants each leg (feel free to add a dumbbell to the back of your leg!)
50 Calf raises
10 Lunges followed by 10 pulses each leg
10 Side plank leg raises each leg
Repeat this circuit 3x!
Once you've finished, feel free to do 4min of squats with this video. Add a weight for added challenge!
