Yogurt Parfait


  • 1 cup of Non-fat greek yogurt (My favorite brand is Fage or Chobani)

  • 1 cup of raspberries

  • 1/3 cup of Purely Elizabeth Granola (my favorite)

  • drizzle of raw unfiltered honey (Try to buy Local Honey)

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp of unsweetened coconut chips


  1. Place the Greek yogurt in a small bowl and combine with cinnamon

  2. Add the raspberries on top

  3. Add the granola

  4. Drizzle the honey,

  5. Top with the unsweetened coconut chips or any additional topping you want.
