2 corn tortillas
2 tbsp. of olive oil
100 grams of precooked shrimp
paprika, salt, and pepper
½ of small avocado
¼ cup of chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup of chopped onion
¼ cup of marinara sauce
Mix the olive oil, chili powder, salt, pepper, paprika and shrimp in a large bowl. Stir until shrimp are evenly coated with seasoning. Grease grill with cooking spray. Place shrimp on grill and cook until just opaque, about 1-1/2 - 2 minutes per side.
Add the sliced green bell pepper, chopped onion, and the marinara sauce and Stir with the shrimp. Cover to keep shrimp warm.
Grill the tortillas until warm and slightly charred, about 20 seconds per side.
Top the warm tortillas with shrimp, and avocado slices. Serve tacos with lime wedges on the side and a sprinkle of cheese.
