Shredded CrockPot Chicken


  • 12 chicken breasts

  • 1 Tomato Marinara Sauce Bottle (I use Trader Joe’s)

  • Lots of seasonings: paprika, salt and pepper, Italian herbs, chile lime, garlic powder, onion powder.


  1. Place chicken in the crockpot with the seasonings of choice. Pour ¾ of the Tomato Marinara Sauce Bottle or enough to cover all the chicken breasts and cover.

  2. Let cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.

  3. After cooking, remove chicken from the crockpot with a fork, and place on a cutting board. Shred chicken with 2 forks, (it will practically fall apart, which makes it super easy!)

  4. Place chicken in a covered container, and use in recipes throughout the week that call for shredded chicken!

For the Sweet Potato Hash:

  1. Boil or steam 1 big Sweet Potato for 30-40 mins

  2. Once it’s done, Mash the sweet potato

  3. Add 1 tbsp. of butter or coconut oil to melt

  4. Combine and sprinkle some cinnamon.
