Oatmeal Apple Pancakes


½ cup of oats

1 small apple

2 eggs

1/3 cup of egg whites

1 tbsp. of ground flaxseed

tsp of vanilla

tsp of cinnamon


  1. Blend all the ingredients

  2. Heat a nonstick griddle over medium heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.

  3. Spoon about 2 1/2 tablespoons batter per pancake onto griddle.

  4. Turn pancakes over when tops are covered with bubbles; cook until bottoms are lightly browned.
