Healthy French Toast


1 egg

¼ cup of egg whites

tsp of vanilla

tsp of cinnamon

¼ cup of unsweetened almond milk


  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.

  2. Soak the two slices of bread in the mixture for a few minutes. Pressing the bread lightly to coat both sides well.

  3. Place the slices in the skillet, and cook until lightly browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook until lightly browned on the second side, 3 to 4 minutes.

  4. Top with berries and a spoonful of greek yogurt.
