Chocolate Cake


Ingredients:

1 can of kidney beans

3 eggs

1 cup coconut sugar

6 tablespoons melted coconut oil

6 tablespoons 100% cocoa powder

1 & 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Pinch of salt

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 395 degrees F.

Drain and wash the beans well and put it in a food processor until smooth. Combine the bean mixture with the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Pour it into a cake baking dish (grease the baking dish with little bit of coconut oil or avocado oil) and bake for 40-45 min.
