* 1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks

* 1/2 tablespoon of flax seed

* 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

* 1/4 tsp of turmeric

* 1 cup of almond milk

* 1 tsp of honey (optional)

* Toppings: banana, strawberries, milled chia seeds, chopped walnuts
