10 Box jumps; 1 min jumping jacks

5 side planks raises each side; 1 min rest

50 calf raises; 1 min tricep dips

100 jump rope; 1 min wall sit

50 high knees; 1 min rest

10 writs curls; 1 min dead hang

5 burpees w/pushup; 1 min bicycles

10 hanging leg raises; 1 min rest

Repeat circuit 3x!
