¼ cup of mushrooms
¼ cup of Marinara sauce
½ cup of grape tomatoes
1 Salmon filet
1 tbsp. of olive oil
Salt and pepper
Brush the salmon filet with olive oil, Italian spices, salt and pepper, garlic powder, and bake on broil for 10 mins.
While salmon is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Mix tomato sauce, mushrooms, tomatoes, salt, basil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and red pepper flakes into ground beef; cook and stir until sauce is warmed through, about 2 minutes. Stir tomato paste into sauce.
Mix zucchini "noodles" into sauce, pressing down to fully submerge them; simmer over medium-low heat until zucchini is tender, about 10 minutes.
Serve the zucchini pasta with the salmon and sprinkle some cheese on top.
