Sweet and Savory Toast



Ingredients:

Sweet

2 slices of whole wheat bread

2 tbsp. of low fat ricotta cheese or greek yogurt

3 strawberries

unsweetened coconut chips

tsp of chia seeds

Recipe:

  1. Toast the slice of bread.

  2. Spread the low fat ricotta cheese or greek yogurt on toast.

  3. Top with sliced strawberries, coconut chips, chia seeds, and a drizzle of honey.

Salty:

½ of small avocado

1 egg

salt and pepper

drizzle of hot sauce

sprinkle of chile lime seasoning (Trader Joe’s)

Recipe:

  1. Toast the slice of bread.

  2. Fry the egg or use a Microwave Egg Cooker

  3. Spread the avocado on top of the toast.

  4. Top with the egg.

  5. Sprinkle some sea, salt, pepper, Chile lime seasoning, and a drizzle of hot sauce.
